Shelving must be adequately secured against tipping by the user:
• if the top shelf height is greater than 5:1 in relation to the shelving depth
• if shelving is equipped with hinged doors with a height-to-depth ratio greater than 4:1
• if shelving is equipped with pull-out levels (e.g. drawers) or ladders
