Bin racking is a standard feature of many workshops and production areas. It helps to organise all the small parts in a clear and orderly manner.

Choosing the right solution for your needs
Shelving units complete with bins offer excellent storage solutions in warehouses, workshops, garages or production areas. They are particularly well-suited to storing small parts. However, our range includes not only stand-alone versions; mobility also is a key requirement. We therefore offer a number of bin trolleys. Modular design
BITO shelving systems are modular in design. This enables optimum use of the available storage space. Storage bins placed in the shelf compartments allow the space on each shelf level to be utilised almost to full capacity, particularly when storing smaller parts.

All versions of box shelving are available in a range of lengths, heights and depths. This means you can make the most of the space right next to the workbench, under the window or in a recess. To ensure the bins fit your requirements, select the appropriate load capacities of your shelving units. The components of starter and extension bays are made from high-grade hot-dip galvanised steel. This means they can withstand dust, dirt and moisture with ease.

The slot-in system without bolts is user-friendly – meaning the units can be assembled quickly. Additional units can also be fitted at a later date. Free-standing shelving units or mobile shelving trolleys can even be stocked from both sides. The shelving units are supplied with shelves that are just 20 mm high; they can be positioned at 25 mm intervals.

Choosing suitable bins for your shelving
In our online shop, all shelving units and trolleys can be ordered as individual modules; of course, they are also available as complete sets with matching bins. If you fit your shelving with bins of different sizes, you will always remain flexible.

The boxes are made from sturdy plastic and are easy to transport. Their ergonomically shaped handles ensure they are easy to handle – even when you are in a hurry. Most boxes are available in a range of colours. You can, for example, choose colours to match your corporate colours or assign specific colours to particular departments, product types or material types.

Open-fronted storage bins are ideal for order picking in a temporary storage area or for use directly at the workbench or assembly station. The pick opening at the front allows the contents to be removed quickly. Furthermore, everyone can see the stock levels at a glance. With shelving bins without pick opening, the storage volume can be fully utilised. They are primarily used for parts that need to be stored for long periods and do not require constant access. All bins can be fitted with lids. It also helps to label the contents of the bins using the attached labels.
