Pallet Racking
Pallet racking is the perfect storage solution for Euro pallets
BITO pallet racking bays are available as complete sets for Euro pallets of different weights.
The bay width of 2,700 mm allows to store up to three pallets on the same level per bay. Depending on the items you wish to store, the levels can be ordered for pallets weighing 600, 800 or 1,000 kg. This means that one level can carry up to 3,000 kg.
For easy adaptation to your storage goods, the racking levels can be adjusted in height in increments of 50 mm. Beams have 5 connector hooks to be inserted into the upright slotting and a galvanised locking pin for safety.
Delivery includes 4 floor anchors per upright to ensure safe floor fixing.
Frame surfaces are galvanised for optimum protection against corrosion.
Please note: This racking system has been designed for in-door use only. The indicated load capacities are not valid for earthquake hazard zones. If your storage and order picking facility is intended for use in a seismic hazard zone, please inform BITO in advance!
Are you planning to install your racking system on magnesite flooring or on flooring that must comply with the German Water Resources Act (WHG)/your local laws? This is no problem for us - please contact us.
