The MB multi-purpose container combines three solutions in one product, since the MB BITOBOX has been designed for storage, transport, and order picking.
BITBOX MB containers are a practical alternative to disposable packaging. The reusable container is far more sturdy than cardboard boxes and produces no packaging waste. Depending on your requirements, you can order the MB standard version in various sizes, all of which are extremely durable and robust.
When empty, the containers can be easily nested. This reduces their volume by up to 75 percent and helps to save valuable space. Since the BITOBOX is temperature-resistant in a range from -20 to +80 °C, it can be used even under adverse ambient conditions.
The MB transport box is incredibly flexible and can be used in countless situations. You can choose from a wide range of accessories. These include for example label pockets, transport dollies, hanging file brackets and various lid options to securely close the box and protect the contents from dirt.
The MB Eco series is made from recycled polypropylene.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented buffers prevent same height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.
Ideal travel characteristics
Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent swinging down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.

Smooth internal sides provide 100% volume utilisation and make sure that bins can be nested and de-nested without jamming.
Easy cleaning
Smooth surfaces and drainage holes in the container rim allow fast, easy and thorough cleaning.
