This small load carrier features a ribbed RX base that ensures a high degree of stability. This makes the BITOBOX KLT ideal for use in automated environments such as AS/RS systems.
Thanks to their ribbed base, KLT containers can carry up to 50 kg with only a minor deflection under heavy loads. If required, the containers can be stacked. This makes the small load carrier the ideal container for material handling, warehousing, transport, or order picking of various items.
Thanks to their exceptional sturdiness and smart design, these containers offer outstanding stacking stability. They are equipped with ergonomically shaped, comfortable handles for easy lifting, carrying, or pulling. Depending on their intended use, the containers are available in various standard sizes and height options and offer a large internal volume. The boxes are turquoise in colour.
To ensure that KLT small load carriers can be used for many years without damage, they are made of sturdy, durable plastic and feature reinforced corners. The material is temperature-resistant from -20 to +80°C.

Use on conveyors
Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
