Small parts containers KLT – double base
Particularly sturdy and ideal for automated storage environments
This KLT container variant comes with a double base and can be used in automated environments, such as AS/RS systems.
Thanks to the special design of the double base, BITOBOX KLT containers can hold loads of up to 75 kg with very little base deflection. While the boxes are ideally suited for various conveyor systems, they are also very convenient for picking orders and transporting items. If needed, the containers can also be stacked securely.
Fitted with ergonomically shaped handles, the boxes are easy to lift, carry, or pull. Depending on the items to be stored, the containers are available in various standard sizes and height options.
The plastic used for the containers is extremely sturdy, durable and temperature resistant from -20 to +60 °C. The containers can therefore be used without any problems even under extreme environmental conditions. KLT small load carriers are available in turquoise.

Features
Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
