Space saving collapsible EQ box with a non-textured base + a two-part hinged lid
EQ folding boxes with a non-textured base and a hinged lid are a space-saving miracle.
These folding boxes from BITO have been designed for automated warehouses as well as for manual handling and can be folded down to only a quarter of their size when empty. They come in a range of sizes and two colours, suitable for many applications. With their practical, ergonomic design, they facilitate storage and sorting of goods.
EQ boxes have been developed in collaboration with leading ergonomists to ensure user-friendliness and optimum functionality, enabling fast storage and order picking. When folded flat, a box takes up 75% less space in your warehouse and saves on shipping costs.
Made of high-quality plastic, these boxes come with a 5-year BITO warranty. Customers can choose between boxes with a standard, a ribbed or a double base as well as between boxes with fold-up handles or open handles. Depending on the application, the box can be supplied with a hinged folding lid and security seals.
EQ boxes can carry up to 20 kg and can boast a stacking load capacity of up to 180 kg. They are temperature resistant from -20 to +90°C which increases durability and ensures a long service life, even under adverse environmental conditions.
