This BITOBOX variant is fitted with hinged stacking seats, allowing several boxes to be stacked securely without any risk of the stack toppling over.
The BITOBOX MB is the ideal alternative to single-use packaging. It is durable, making packaging waste a thing of the past, and is significantly more robust than cardboard boxes. These practical boxes can be used in the warehouse, during transport or for order picking. In addition, the BITOBOX saves you valuable space in the warehouse or on the road. MB containers with stacking seats can be nested when empty, thereby taking up 75% less space.
Depending on their intended use, these space-saving containers are available in various height options with varying storage volumes. The plastic used for the boxes is extremely robust and temperature-resistant within a range of -20 to +80°C. Ergonomically designed handles allow MB containers to be lifted and carried with ease. Various accessories are available, including label pockets for easy identification of your goods.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented noses on the sides prevent same-height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.

Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent folding down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
