MB multi-use containers with a double base can be stacked. They have been specifically designed for heavy loads. With their high load capacity and ease of handling, they truly stand out in the BITO product range.
Heavy and bulky items are a special challenge for warehousing. The solution is to use MB containers with a double base, which are available in various sizes in our online shop. MB containers offer a large storage capacity and, thanks to their solid sides and base, can also hold small parts. These popular containers are made of durable, food-safe plastic. Their lightweight design and ergonomic handles make them easy to transport. When empty, they can be easily nested inside one another for space-saving storage.
The double base can take loads of up to 200 kg, depending on the container size. The double base also prevents deflection under the weight of the stored goods. MB double-base distribution containers convince users with quiet traveling on conveyor belts or roller conveyors, making them ideal for use in automated small parts warehouses.
The space-saving containers are available in various sizes and height options. They are made of durable polypropylene and are resistant to temperature fluctuations ranging from -20 to +60°C. The containers can be ordered with a range of accessories, including hinged lids, label pockets and thermo-inlays to protect the contents from temperature fluctuations.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented noses on the sides prevent same-height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.
Ideal travel characteristics
Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent folding down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
Maximum use of volume
Smooth internal sides provide 100% volume utilisation and make sure that bins can be nested and de-nested without jamming.
Easy cleaning
Snag-free surfaces and drainage holes in the container rim allow fast, easy and thorough cleaning.
