Boltless shelving Type L
Type L shelving units ensure easy storage thanks to their modular design with starter and extension bays.
Boltless shelving type L can be assembled without tools, nuts and bolts and can be expanded quickly, flexibly, and with little effort.
With BITO type L shelving, a lot of time can be saved during assembly. No specialist personnel is required, as assembly is completely screw-free and easy to handle thanks to the modular design. This allows the shelving system to be flexibly adapted to your requirements. BITO shelving can also be integrated into multi-tier storage facilities.
The maximum shelf load is 100 kg, allowing even heavy items to be stored on the shelves. The bay load capacity varies between 1300 and 1600 kg maximum. The shelves are height-adjustable in 25 mm increments for easy adaptation to different product sizes. The shelves are slotted for subdivision and can be fitted with dividers.
Galvanised surfaces provide long lasting corrosion protection and a long service life. The accessories available for type L shelving ensure almost limitless possibilities of use.

Beams and uprights form a solid force-fit connection that provides excellent lateral stability. The three location hooks of each beam connector conveniently slot into the upright perforations.
Safety pins prevent that the beam is accidentally dislodged.
Shelves
Sturdy shelves with shelf clips Our shelves feature box-profiled edges at the long sides and triple edge bending at the short sides.
Reinforcing longitudinal ribs and pressure-bonded corners ensure excellent stability.
All shelves are perforated to accommodate shelf dividers.
