• we recommend securing the base plate/upright construction with our set of safety pins, which can be ordered separately

• Shelving units must be adequately secured against tipping:
  • if the height of the top shelf in relation to the shelving depth is greater than 5:1
  • if shelving units are equipped with hinged doors with a height-to-depth ratio greater than 4:1
  • if shelving units are fitted with pull-out levels (e.g. drawers) or with ladders
