Bulky items with a lot of weight pose special challenges for warehousing. Help is at hand in the form of specially designed multi-trip MB containers with a double base, available in various sizes in our online shop. The versatile BITOBOX MBs have a high load capacity and can also accommodate small items thanks to their full-material sides and base. These popular boxes are made of robust food-grade plastic. Their low own weight and ergonomic handles make them easy to carry. When empty, they can be easily nested.
The double base allows a load of up to 200 kg, depending on the container size. At the same time, it prevents the base of the box from bending under the weight of the stored goods. MB double-base distribution containers impress users with their quiet running characteristics on conveyor belts or roller conveyors, making them ideal for use in automated small parts warehouses.
Regardless of which application you have in mind, these space-saving containers are available in various sizes and height options, with varying internal volumes. Made from hard-wearing polypropylene, the sturdy containers withstand temperature fluctuations within a range of -20 to +60°C. They can be ordered with a range of accessories, including hinged lids, label pockets and thermo-inlays to protect the contents from temperature fluctuations.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented buffers prevent same height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.
Ideal travel characteristics
Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent swinging down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
Maximum use of volume
Smooth internal sides provide 100% volume utilisation and make sure that bins can be nested and de-nested without jamming.
Easy cleaning
Smooth surfaces and drainage holes in the container rim allow fast, easy and thorough cleaning.
