This sturdy container with interlocking two-piece lid
This Euro stacking container from BITO is suited for use in automated warehouses as well as for picking and transporting goods.
The BITOBOX KLT’s one-piece hinged lid closes quickly and securely, protecting the contents of the container from dirt and other external factors. Thanks to its closed sides without handle openings, 100 percent of the interior volume can be utilised.
Ergonomically shaped external handles make for easy container lifting, carrying, or pulling. Documents that need to be kept with the container can be conveniently inserted into the external document holders.
The small load carriers are compatible with all standard sized stacking containers and can be safely stacked on top of one another with or without lid. For maximum stability and a long service life, they come with sturdy reinforced corners. Made from durable plastic, the boxes are temperature-resistant from -20 to +80 °C.

Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
