KLT Stacking Container – Reinforced Base
This small stacking container from BITO has a reinforced base for maximum stability in a storage environment.
This KLT container is equipped with a durable reinforced base and can be used in automated environments, such as AKL systems. The special construction of this box means that it can carry loads up to 75 kg with ease, with the plastic base showing minimal distortion.
These boxes are particularly suitable for use on conveyor systems and in the transportation industry, and make an ideal choice for receiving picked orders from warehouses before moving your stock on to the next level of the chain. When not in use, these containers can be securely stacked on top of each other.
These boxes are equipped with ergonomic handles for comfort and safety when carrying manually, or when pulling them free from racking shelving. The boxes are available in assorted dimensions and heights, so you're guaranteed to find a container that perfectly fits your requirement.
The plastic used for the construction of these boxes is robust and ensures a long service life from your containers. They are temperature resistant within a range -20 to +60° C, so you can count on high levels of performance in all conditions.

Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
