This MB variant comes with stacking rails for convenient and safe stacking
Owing to their versatility, MB multi-use containers with stacking rails can be used for storage, order picking and transport.
This MB BITOBOX offers a practical alternative to cardboard boxes, as it is significantly more robust and durable. Thanks to the fitted, swivelling stacking rails, several containers can be stacked on top of one another. When empty, the containers can be nested, taking up to 75% less storage volume. This saves valuable space in the warehouse or during transport. As the boxes can be reused over long periods, they reduce packaging waste and thus help to protect the environment.
The space-saving containers are available in various standard sizes and height options to suit a broad range of applications. The colour is dove blue. The plastic used for the boxes is sturdy and temperature-resistant from -20 to +80°C. Matching self-adhesive label pockets with one, two or three open sides are available for labelling the containers or for inserting accompanying documents.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented noses on the sides prevent same-height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.

Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent folding down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
