Made for heavy loads and for use in automated environments
MB multi-use containers with their sturdy base are particularly suited for heavy loads and for use in automated warehouses, such as ASRS systems.
All MB variants are an ideal alternative to disposable cardboard boxes: They have been designed to handle heavier loads, are suitable for returnable shipping, save time on repackaging and additional costs for packaging materials. Empty containers can be nested, saving up to 75% of space in warehouses and on return trips in distribution cycles. With their ribbed base, MB multi-trip containers can carry loads of up to 50 or 75 kg depending on their size.
MB containers can be used for a wide range of applications, from storing and picking goods in distribution centres to shipping goods to your customers. MB boxes can be ordered in various sizes and come with optional accessories such as a hinged lid and stacking rails. Made of sturdy plastic, they are suitable for a temperature range of -20 to +80 °C.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented noses on the sides prevent same-height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.
Ideal travel characteristics
Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent folding down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
Maximum use of volume
Smooth internal sides provide 100% volume utilisation and make sure that bins can be nested and de-nested without jamming.
Easy cleaning
Snag-free surfaces and drainage holes in the container rim allow fast, easy and thorough cleaning.
