These reusable MB distribution containers from BITO have a reinforced base for automated handling, and stacking trays for easier storage.
The BITOBOX MB is an ideal alternative to disposable packaging. Robust and durable, these containers dramatically reduce the amount of waste and expenditure associated with cardboard boxes and containers, and can be used for a wide variety of applications, including storage, transportation and picking. BITOBOX containers can also be used to save you money in production and logistics, with reinforced bases making them suitable for use with automated processes.
No matter what the application, these space-saving containers are available in suitable sizes. You can request boxes with different heights, sizes and internal volumes. Made from durable plastic, these containers are resistant to temperature fluctuations, handling changes from -20 to +60 °C. Additional accessories can be ordered, including thermo-inlays to protect contents from more dramatic temperature changes, label pockets and suspension mounts.

Indented buffer zones
Trouble-free handling on conveyors, as indented buffers prevent same height containers from overriding in the case of jams.
Label areas
Label areas with both a smooth and a dimpled surface offer enough room for placing adhesive labels. As these areas are slightly recessed, the labels are reliably protected during nesting and de-nesting.
Ideal travel characteristics
Designed with textured base and rounded edges for optimum use on conveyors and in live storage installations.
Safe stacking
"Swing" stacking rails maximise volume utilisation and ensure safe stacking. The rails lock into upright position to prevent swinging down by accident. Simply turn the stacking rails into their side position for container nesting.
Maximum use of volume
Smooth internal sides provide 100% volume utilisation and make sure that bins can be nested and de-nested without jamming.
Easy cleaning
Smooth surfaces and drainage holes in the container rim allow fast, easy and thorough cleaning.
