KLT Stacking Container – Ribbed Base
Compact container from BITO with ribbed base for increased stability on automated conveyor systems.
This small container from BITO is defined by its robust design and ribbed base, ensuring a long service life and increased stability. The ribbed base makes it particularly suitable for use in automated warehouses, particularly with AKL systems.
The base of this BITOBOX KLT container ensures it can withstand loads of up to 50 kg, with minimal distortion when filled. You can also stack these boxes when they're not in use, providing you with a long-term storage solution. A versatile choice for all manner of applications, these containers can be used in warehouses with conveyor technology, for storage, transport or the picking of various goods.
Carrying, pulling or lifting the boxes is made easy, thanks to ergonomic handles. These containers are available in assorted heights and sizes, giving you more choice if you're after something with a larger internal volume.
To ensure these boxes can be used for long periods of time, they are made from resilient plastic that is both sturdy and resistant to adverse environmental conditions. Reinforced corners ensure that these boxes retain their integrity, even when loaded to capacity, while the plastic used will withstand temperature changes within a range of -20 to +80°C.

Features
Use on conveyors
Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Very good stacking stability with loads up to 500 kg, regardless of whether containers are stacked with lid or without lid.
Manual handling
Ergonomically designed hand grips for easy lifting and carrying, even if containers are full loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) for loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities!
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm for loads up to 50 kg.
