This sturdy KLT container is ideal for use in automated warehouses and has a ribbed base for stability and a hinged lid for security.
This Euro stacking container from BITO is ideal for use in automated warehouses and can be used with conveyor systems for a practical storage and transportation solution.
This sturdy box can be used to house heavy loads of up to 75 kg, thanks to its reinforced ribbed base. The base has diagonal ribbing, providing extra levels of security when stacked or rolling on conveyors, and ensuring that this container runs smoothly when in transit.
Reinforced at the corners, this box will maintain its shape and integrity when fully loaded and stacked alongside other containers. The generous interior can be used to house all manner of smaller items, or used to house larger articles. The two-piece folding lid is another highlight of this product, keeping contents secure from dirt, dust and moisture. Each container can be personalised with accessories, including pocket labels for effortless organisation or drainage holes to keep moisture out when dealing with wet environments.

Use on conveyors
Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Very good stacking stability with loads up to 500 kg, regardless of whether containers are stacked with lid or without lid.
Manual handling
Ergonomically designed hand grips for easy lifting and carrying, even if containers are full loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) for loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities!
Ribbed base
