• if shelving is equipped with hinged doors with a height-to-depth ratio greater than 4:1
• if shelving is equipped with pull-out levels (e.g. drawers) or ladders

Shelving with extra large shelves
Shelving units with extra wide shelves are ideal to safely store large-format items and packaging units. They are quick to assemble and offer excellent value for money.
Shelving with extra large shelf levels is available in two versions and can be fitted with either steel shelves or chipboard shelves. The load capacity per level is 350 kg. The shelf levels can be slotted into the uprights in 25 mm increments. Additional shelves can also be added to optimally adapt your storage installation to your specific storage requirements.
The shelving units can can be assembled in just a few minutes without the need for nuts, bolt and special tools.
BITO shelving with extra large shelves for large-format storage items is available in various dimensions. With a shelf depth of at least 500 mm and a bay length of 1500 or 2000 mm, the sturdy shelving units offer plenty of space. A starter bay can be extended with add-on bays to build racking rows of any required length.
The shelf levels sit flush in galvanised stepped beams, ensuring easy product placement while making efficient use of every square centimetre of surface area.
