Euro Stacking Containers XL – Standard version
BITO Stacking containers XL are available in European standard sizes. Featuring generous internal capacities, they are ideal for a broad range of applications in warehousing and production environments.
European standard size stacking containers are among the most versatile container series in the BITO range. The standard versions of the BITOBOX XL container are true all-rounders. Suitable for storing small items, smaller piece goods as well as smaller package units and boxes, they are a must-have for warehouse storage and production applications. The smooth interior without projecting edges maximises volume, and the robust make allows for a load of up to 200 kg. Open handles on the short sides ensure easy lifting and carrying.
The BITOBOX XL is available in different sizes and height options, with dimensions adapted to standard European pallets. Various lid types are available to close the boxes, protecting contents from dust and moisture. If requested, the boxes can be sealed for tamper-proof handling.
XL containers are ideal for distribution cycles between customer and supplier, because no repacking is required after order picking. Your goods can be shipped in the same container, thereby saving on packing material and minimising packaging waste.

Features
Standard base
The standard base will be your choice for loads of up to 30 kg.
Ribbed base
Ribbed base containers are perfect for loads of up to 50 kg. Base deflection is very low.
Ribbed base RX
Containers with a ribbed RX base carry up to 50 kg. Base deflection is very low. Diagonal outer base ribbing ensures excellent use on conveyors.
Double base
Double base containers take loads of up to 50 kg and only have a minimum base deflection.
Snap lock lid
Suited for stacking containers XLD21121, ideal for shipping spare parts etc. Additional security tagging with KLTP tags possible.
Drop-on lid AD
Closes an individual container or a container stack and is suited for automated lidding and strap-sealing.
Drop-on lid ASDV
One-piece lid, hinged on one side and closed with 2 snap-on fixtures on the other side.
Hinged lid
Two-part lid suited for strap-sealing and security-tagging with KLTP security seals, excellent for distribution and transportation applications.
