BITO U-Turn stack and nest containers

BITO Stack and nest containers boast outstanding versatility since they can be used for storage, order picking, and transport. The BITO U-Turn offers 20% more storage capacity than stack and nest containers of a comparable size. The vertical sides save more than 60% of the volume when nested, which results in valuable space savings in warehouses or during transport.

BITO Stack and nest containers are available with different base options. A non-textured standard base is best for manual handling. The ribbed base is ideal for heavy loads and automated handling. If you need a stack and nest container for most demanding requirements in automated warehouses and on conveyor systems, the U-Turn with a double base is the right choice.

In addition to the base options, we also offer two different handle options. You can choose between ergonomically shaped open handles or closed handles for optimising the filling volume.

Since the boxes can be reused over many years, they reduce packaging waste and thus help to protect the environment. BITO Stack and nest containers are available in different base dimensions and height options to suit many applications. The containers are available in four colours: green, red, blue, and gray. The plastic used for manufacturing the boxes is durable and temperature resistant from -20 to +80°C.
