This sturdy KLT container has been designed for use in automated warehouses. The boxes feature a ribbed base and a hinged lid for extra stability and security.
The BITOBOX KLT family is available in a wide range of sizes, allowing you to choose the right option for your goods. Most boxes of the KLT series have the same base dimensions, ensuring that boxes in different sizes can be easily combined within a single system.
The reinforced corners ensure that the plastic boxes can be safely stacked while maintaining stability. The special RX base provides rigidity and allows for a maximum load capacity of 50 kg per box.
Although primarily designed for automated environments, the KLT container series is also engineered for manual handling and features ergonomic handles for this purpose. Thanks to the two-piece hinged lid, which can also be sealed using optional accessories, the KLT system is multifunctional and is also suitable for order picking as well as transport.

Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
