Particularly sturdy and ideal for automated environments
This KLT container variant comes with a double base and a permanently attached interlocking lid.
The containers of the BITOBOX KLT series are durable, space-saving, and suitable for both manual handling and automated conveyor systems in warehouses.
With the BITOBOX KLT series, BITO offers a highly versatile system. The boxes are available in multiple sizes, varying in base dimensions and height. This ensures you can find the right box system for your application. Even heavy goods can be stored in these plastic boxes, as the double base can hold loads of up to 75 kg.
BITO small load carriers are available with three different base options. Reinforced corners provide exceptional stability and allow the storage containers to be stacked. This also enables their use in automated transport systems and warehouses. With a temperature resistance range of -20 to 60°C, KLT small load carriers offer even more application possibilities. The two-piece hinged lid can optionally be secured with seals, which are available separately.

Smooth operation on all conveyor types. Excellent travel characteristics on roller tracks and roller conveyor lanes, on belt and chain conveyors, on transfer conveyors etc.
Storage/order picking
Ideal for order picking and storage in manually serviced or in automated facilities. Particularly suited for carton live storage and AS/RS systems.
Transport
Perfectly adapted to all common pallet sizes on the market for optimum use of loading space. Excellent stacking stability up to 500 kg, regardless of whether the containers are stacked with or without lids.
Manual handling
Ergonomically shaped handles for easy lifting and carrying, even when the containers are fully loaded.
Standard base
Maximum base deflection 3% (measured along diagonal base line) with loads of 30 to 50 kg (depending on container size). All values assume uniformly distributed loads, an ambient temperature of 23 °C and long-side on handling in automated storage facilities.
Ribbed base
Maximum base deflection ≤ 1 mm with loads of up to 50 kg.
